Placements are an important part of our work. They give students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain a preliminary but important exposure to the development sector, and understand how geoscience is and could be integrated into this work. It is also hoped that these placements will help to develop a better appreciation of the role of geoscience by those within the development community.
All new placement opportunities will be advertised below when they become available.
Please note, we do not currently offer or arrange overseas placement opportunities. We do, however, offer some support to those doing relevant projects by promoting their work and sharing the lessons they are learning to our wider network. You can read more about these here.
